ABOUT SILVER LEAF HOMES
Built in 2018 the community dwellings consist of 10 small, universally designed homes, one duplex and a community/guest house. The homes are approximately 1,000 square feet in size, energy-efficient, with 2-bedrooms and 1 to 1.5-baths. Constructed using Pumice Crete with 16” thick walls, radiant in-floor heat and a large community Solar-array.
The community is located just 0.8 miles from downtown Paonia and walking distance to several parks, with Apple Valley Park (pickle ball courts) and the Jumbo trail system at your doorstep.

The site plan is designed to maximize passive solar gain, with a large solar array that powers the entire community. As the largest residential solar array in Delta County, it provides up to 75% of our electricity, allowing us to live more sustainably while reducing costs.
